1. Go to our exchange form here and enter your order number and shipping zip code

2. Select the item you'd like to exchange

3. Select the reason why you are making the exchange

4. Select "Return item"

5. On the bottom click "Continue with exchange / return"

6. Select "Shop Now"

7. From here you can browse our site and choose the item to which you'd like to receive in exchange

8. When you are finished adding the item(s) to your cart, hit "Checkout," and it will redirect you back to the exchange/return portal

Don't forget to click "Submit Return" to complete the process so you can print your prepaid shipping label

Total exchange time is typically less than 7 business days. After you have shipped your order back using the prepaid label, we ship out your exchange within 2 business days.

Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. If you have any issues please contact us at matias@foreignresource.com within 5 days for assistance.

If you would like to return your order, we will deduct $4.95 for return shipping and handling from your refund. Refunds for returns will be processed within 10-12 business days of you shipping your order back to us.
