If you correct your shipping address within 12 hours of your order, the shipment will be rerouted free of charge. You will then receive a new tracking number.

Please note that we cannot be responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being delivered. We provide tracking information in our shipment confirmation emails that allows you to track your package and verify delivery.

Unfortunately, packages can sometimes be prematurely marked "delivered" by our shipping partners. They typically end up being delivered within 2 business days of being marked "delivered". If you still have not received your package after 2 business days please submit this form.

After your order, you'll receive tracking information by email and text message (if you opted in). Updates to tracking usually take a 1-2 hours, but can take up to 24 hours on very rare occassions.
