The bag is very convenient to use especially for everyday use. The multifunctional straps also allow me to change it from a shoulder bag to an easier-to-carry bumbag. The heat reactive outer-layer also brings more variety to the bag especially since the places the bag recieves heat is always random. It was probably one of the best investments I have made. Some points for improvement/suggestions: inside the bag was separate compartments for organisation. Everything else about the bag has been great.
